We want you to love your Moonveil Covers purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item or size

• Your item is unused and in original condition

❌ Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

• Orders returned without contacting us first

🔁 Replacements & Resolutions

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or suitable resolution once we review your request.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
